#100DaysOfBuhari: The war on corruption

President Muhammadu Buhari has been in power for 100 days and during the campaign, Buhari promised to do a lot things for the country.

Well, it’s been 100 days. Time to review his for 100 days in office and see if he has started doing anything.

Although Buhari has made it clear, even before assuming office, that he was not favorably disposed to the 100 days standard as success parameter. He said it would be fraudulent to promise Nigerians achievements within a time frame of 100 days. That notwithstanding, he has implored Nigerians to consider what he has been doing in the past three months in office as milestones.

Corruption was one of the primary grievances the people held against Goodluck Jonathan and it was the forefront of the Buhari campaign.

With the help of the Buharimeter, a website created to track his progress in office, let’s take a look at some of the promises he made and see how much progress he has made in his war on corruption.
