15-year-old Gift Edosomwan, was kept at the Edo State Children Remand Home in Benin over suspicions of murder.
Edosomwan escaped from the home but was re-arrested on Monday but this time, with an accomplice.
The suspect was arrested for allegedly killing 28-year-old Itohan Enagbare, and her three-year-old daughter, Iwinosa at their residence.
He was said to have murdered the victims at their residence on Osaze Street, in the Ikpoba Okha Local Government Area of the state.
Edosomwan who had made his great escape while inmates were brought out in the morning, was caught in the same house he committed the murder.
