Former governors of Lagos, Ekiti and Anambra- Babatunde Fashola, Kayode Fayemi and Chris Ngige, have been officially confirmed as Ministers.
The Senate on Wednesday cleared the trio, alongside 16 other ministerial nominees.
They are: Udoma Udo Udoma(A-Ibom), Chief Audu Ogbeh (Benue), Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu (Ebonyi), Dr. Osagie Ehanire (Edo), Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazau(Kano) and Alhaji Lai Mohammed(Kwara).
Others are: Amina Ibrahim Mohammed(Gombe), Engr. Suleiman H. Adamu (Jigawa), Ibrahim Usman Jibril(Nasarawa) and Dr Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu.
The remaining ministerial nominees that were confirmed are; Abubakar Malami, Aisha Jummai Alhassan, Barrister Solomon Dalong, Kemi Adeosun, Sen. Hadi Sirika and Barrister Adebayo Shittu.
Thus far, 19 ministerial nominees have been screened, with 17 left to be screened.
