Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, will pay the salaries of 15 science professors to teach at Kano University of Science and Technology for four years.
Dangote, who is the Chancellor of the institution, has also promised to build houses for the professors.
Leadership reports that the Vice Chancellor of the institution, Professor Shehu Musa, revealed, while marking the 15- year anniversary of the university.
Prof Musa also added that the university is undergoing intensive improvement to position it as an internationally acclaimed university.
