Bamikole Omishore, has revealed that Kaduna state governor, Nasir El-Rufai, provided all the evidence used in filing a 13-count charge against Senate President, Bukola Saraki.
Saraki, is being tried at the Code of Conduct Tribunal for charges bordering on alleged corruption and false assets declaration.
Omishore, Special Assistant on New Media, to the Senate President, disclosed this shortly after Saraki, appeared at the tribunal on Tuesday, September 22.
He wrote:
Prosecution lawyer Rotimi Jacobs said in open court Elrufai provided ALL evidence that will be used against Saraki. No shaking we dey wait
