Sometimes, you look around some of the things happening in the world of faith and you stop to wonder how exactly we got here. From the pastor who chooses spouses for his members in church to the one whose legs must not touch the floor; we have indeed seen more than enough.

There’s a particular video that currently went viral of a church that embarked on a beating-the-devil out mission. I mean, they took out canes and whipped the “Devil”.

The only question that kept going through my mind as I watched that video was; Dear Christian, who did this to us?
