Thursday, 31st July 2014 marked the close of the successful completion of
Oando Energy Resources’ (OER) acquisition of the Nigerian Upstream Oil and Gas Business of ConocoPhillips.

The transaction is one of the largest deals in sub-Saharan Africa so far
this year and is reflective of the dramatic growth of the homegrown
Nigerian oil and natural gas industry.
