Faze weighs in on Blackface and 2face rift 

Faze, the third member of boy band, Plantashun Boiz who has managed to stay out of the controversy between his former band mates has finally opened up.

In an interview with Hip TV, Faze acknowledged the long-standing battle between 2face and Blackface and advised both parties to come together to resolve their issues.

 

Late actress, Moji Olaiya died of a cardiac arrest

More details have surfaced on the death of Nollywood actress, Moji Olaiya who passed on on Thursday.

The 42-year-old reportedly died of a cardiac arrest and had complained of ill health after the birth of her second child in March.

There is brewing disagreement on where she will be buried as her first daughter has insisted that her mum’s corpse be flown back to Nigeria from Canada where she died.

Moji Olaiya was a mother to two daughters. Her first child, Adunola is a teenager and student of Babcock University.

The late actress is survived by her two daughters, an aged mother and her father, veteran performer, Victor Olaiya.

Steve Harvey’s ex-wife sues him of $60million

American talk show host and comedian, Steve Harvey has been slammed with a $60million lawsuit  by his second ex-wife, Mary Shackelford.

Harvey is being sued for torture, intentional infliction of emotional distress, child endangerment, kidnapping, breach of contract and soul murder (the result of torture, brainwashing and deprivation).

The lawsuit was filed by Shackelford’s “civil rights activist” and not a lawyer.

The former finalized their divorce back in 2005 but Shackelford insists that “she’s been suicidal and has resorted to self-medicate in an effort to handle the aftermath of their highly publicized (and highly contentious) divorce battle.

Nicki Minaj will open the 2017 Billboard Music Awards

With a performance that is set to last 9 minutes, Nicki Minaj will kick off the award night with appearances by Jason Derulo, Lil Wayne and David Guetta.

Other performers at the Billboard Music Awards are Celine Dion, Miley Cyrus, Bruno Mars, Drake, Lorde, John Legend and Cher.

Nicki Minaj has also been nominated in the Billboard Chart Achievement category alongside The Weeknd, Chainsmokers, Luke Bryan and Twenty One Pilots.

The show will be hosted by Ludacris and Vanessa Hudgens.
