According to reports, a set of newborn twins were spotted in a canal in an unidentified area of Lagos.
The babies, believed to have been dumped by their mother, were left in the filthy water packed with refuse.
Sympathizers gathered round and tried to make sense of the actions of whoever had dumped the babies.
