The second season of the Qtaby Talent Hunt Show came to an epic end on Sunday, 19th September, at Terra Kulture, VI, Lagos with Jane Anwang emerging as the overall Winner.
This season of the Qtaby Talent Hunt Show was characterised by months of intense online auditions involving over 800+ talents across Africa. After a brainstorming selection only 16 finalists made it to the Qtaby House of Fame. These 16 successful finalists were camped for a period of Seven (7) days where they were groomed, drilled and exposed to what a career in the creative industry entails by elite in these fields. It was a week filled with so many fun memories and at the same time preparing them to stardom.
The competition was an intense one as all 16 finalists brought out their A game. At the end, three winners emerged, Misheal T Jackson from the music category, 2nd runner up, Ayodeji Samuel, Music category, 1st runner up and Jane Anwang from the dance category came out as the over all winner. The winner will go home with gifts and prizes worth 1 Million Naira. Besides the Grand prize, the winner, first and second runners-up are set to walk home with priceless opportunities which are guaranteed to take their career to the next level including a free music video sponsored by YOUTRACE.
The finale night also witnessed performances from one of Nigerias biggest act, Orezi, the most sort after Nigeria’s Dj, Dj Humility and also a performance from the past seasons winner, Egbon Cass.
Qtaby Online Talent Hunt Competition 2.0 was hosted by Deji Mercury and co-hosted by Reeyah Abdul. The jury for the event included; Lami Phillips, Efe Omorogbe, Olisa Adibua, Efe Warriboy, Orezi, Femi Branch, Lolo1, Wale Rubber, Schullzz, Aramide, KJV, Boss DNMT, Unlimited LA, etc
The show will be aired on Pineapple TV channel 129 on Startimes and Trace Africa channel 326 on DSTV from October 2021.
