After a massive expansion of her business, followed by months of teasing about a top-secret “something huge,” Linda Ikeji is finally ready to reveal what Linda Ikeji “S” is. (Hint: It’s not “Linda Ikeji Sisters” or “Linda Ikeji Scholarship” as many have speculated.)
Linda Ikeji Social launched today, and we are excited. In the words of Linda herself, “It is basically Facebook meets Linda Ikeji Blog meets eBay.”
If that sounds like a lot, it probably is. But make no mistake, this project is about to take her business even further.
Imagine it. Readers who already spend considerable time arguing in the comments section of her blog, can now engage directly on a platform created specifically for back and forth conversation. And that’s only one part of the deal. Given her own description, it appears she’s making a play for something that combines Nairaland and OLX, two of Nigeria’s largest online destinations, with her own already mammoth platform.
