Pregnant Kim Kardashian made her way through Heathrow Airport Thursday for a flight to Los Angeles. The 32-year-old reality star and girlfriend of rapper Kanye West ditched the heels and tight dresses for a comfortable-looking outfit of leggings, a chambray shirt and sandals.

On Thursday, West cryptically tweeted the words “June Eighteen,” sparking speculation that Kardashian could give birth as soon as in six weeks. She has previously said she was expecting in July.
