It would appear Nigeria’s president has reverted to type following his return to the country: Cancelling Federal Executive Council meetings, declining to visit areas of disaster/humanitarian crisis, working from home etc.

Like Trump’s penchant for disappointing the American people with every new law and each new tweet, President Buhari walks in his shoes on a different continent.

The latest disappointment Nigerians are grappling with is President Buhari choosing Sallah over Benue flood victims and after Sallah, sending his Vice in his stead.
