In anticipation of President Muhammadu Buhari’s ministerial list, Nigerians have as ususal, gotten creative.

While the President is expected to release the list on Wednesday, September 30, a hashtag has already been created on Twitter.

Loads of memes have been created on the hashtag- #TheList.
