The Sochi Winter Olympics is currently taking place in Russia and the discrimination against homosexuals has attracted widespread criticism.

President Vladimir Putin is known for his anti-gay stance and at one point said that gay visitors to Sochi should “stay away from children”, insinuating of course that being gay meant being depraved enough to also be a paedophile.

A group of gay couples have decided to register their protest against President Putin and his actions by shooting a video where gays and lesbians kiss each other freely.
