Two arrested judges resume sittings at Federal High Court

Two Federal High Court judges, Adeniyi Ademola and Nnamdi Dimgba who were arrested by operatives of the Department of State Security (DSS) for alleged corruption on Monday resumed sittings at the court.

Both judges presided over different cases scheduled to hold on Monday.

The DSS had claimed it discovered tens of thousands of dollars from Justice Ademola’s residence.

However, Ademola in his response had said the Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami ordered his arrest due to personal vendetta.

Dimgba, on the other hand had claimed he was arrested because he granted bail to Sambo Dasuki and Nnamdi Kanu.
