The Edo State Police Command has paraded a 60 year-old-man for defiling a 13-year-old girl, saying he fell in love with her.
The man was paraded alongside 46 other criminals by the Edo State Police Commissioner, Funso Adebanjo.
Adebanjo said, “We are worried about old men defiling little children, we must kick against that in our society. Honestly, the situation is worrisome and those of them who are involved in it must be dealt with. If it is a curse we will clear it from their heads because their action for me, is madness.”
Meanwhile, the 60-year-old paedophile, Edekin Ojaogbe, said he fell in love with the girl and would love to get married to her.
His words: “I was at home when this girl went to the toilet. I called her and told her that I need her. She now came to me, we entered my room and I locked the door and the window and I slept with her.”
“It was later when I went to mould block that I was told that policemen from Afuze came to arrest me. My people begged the girl’s parents but they were angry. I have slept with her three times because I love the small girl. I was married, but I am not with my wife any more. I have three children.”
The whole concept of pedophilia (or as this reporter calls it “paedophilia) is part fact but mostly fiction. The word was invented by the Greeks in the late 1800s, and their culture has the reputation of being the Sodom and Gomorrah of the world. So why do we even take words like that seriously anymore? I don’t know what part of the world this story is from, but where I live, there are a lot of 13-year-old girls who go outside their age circles looking for a good time. Carnal knowledge of adolescent minor cases are wearing down the court system. It makes me wonder if the outbreak of the enterovirus and the deaths of youngsters that have followed is someone’s wrath being acted out in the form of biological terrorism. In other words, eliminate the so-called prospective “victims of pedophilia” and the world is once again free of the tyranny that surrounds them. Not that I would like to see any harm done to the little ones younger than 11 years old, but it makes you kind of wonder about where the world is headed with all of this hysteria, which can’t be anything positive.
