Tragedy was averted on the Third Mainland bridge in Lagos this morning when some passers-by stopped a man from jumping to his death.

An internet user, @leszycashflow on Instagram posted a video of the man being held from committing suicide.

According to him, the man parked his car and attempted to jump down from the bridge but was held by his friend who was later joined by passers-by.
