According to an aide of Rotimi Amaechi, policemen have carted away with voting materials in the Olanada Registration Area Centre in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State.
The Chief of Staff, Government House, Port Harcourt, Chief Tony Okocha, raised the alarm before accreditation on Saturday, April 11, that a group of policemen besieged the area this morning.
Okocha claims that some of the original materials for the governorship and State House of Assembly electionswere taken away from the registration centre by the police at about 3.30am.
He added that the original materials were replaced with cloned ones.
