It very unusual when fart from animals or human have another effect apart from the foul odor that spreads round when it is released.

A herd of dairy cows almost damaged the roof of their barn as a result of their farts which caused an explosion in the barn in Germany.

According to Huffington Post, although no one was hurt from the explosion, the Police in a statement made says that a static electric charge apparently triggered the detonation, and a spurt of flame.

About 90 cows were housed in the shed , though t is not known why farts which is mainly methane gas would cause the explosion, Bovine belching and flatulence releases large quantities of the gas.
