Two officers of Los Angeles , Foot Hill Division, last week pulled over Michelle Jordan, a 34-year-old registered nurse for talking on her phone while driving and she got what she never bargained for.
They brought her out her car, held her arms behind her back, before slamming her twice on the pavement.
In the video captured by surveillance camera, two male cops can be seen pulling on Jordan and throwing her to the ground twice, once while handcuffed. After they’d arrested Jordan and placed her in the police car, they gave each other a congratulatory fist bump.
The two officers are said to be currently under investigation while the victim is recovering from her physical and emotional injuries according to her lawyers.
