London club, Chelsea Football Club have lifted the Premier League title.

The Blues defeated West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns 1-0 on Friday to win the league with two games to spare.

Antonio Conte’s side has been in imperious form this season as they won thirteen games on the bounce garnering 39 points in the process.

Substitute Michy Batshuayi scored the winning goal in the 81st minute.
