[The Church Blog] #HallelujahChallenge 2.0 Day 1 kicks off with over 100k participants

hallelujah challenge

The long-awaited November edition of the Halleluyah Challenge has kicked off and on a high note too. With over 100k participants logged in from all over the world from the midnight hour up until the end, we can be sure that Halleluyah Challenge 2.0 is going to be bigger, better and greater.

The first edition which happened in the month of June left us overwhelmed with testimonies, signs, and wonders that we haven’t even recovered from. As explained by Nathaniel Bassey, the second edition of the Halleluyah Challenge has been themed Open Heavens as God is indeed ready to pour out goodness, grace and blessings upon everyone who is ready to key into the Challenge.

As usual, the midnight session featured prayers, worship and the word as led by the convener, Nathaniel Bassey. The Day 1 session kicked off at 11 pm for an in-house, pre-worship session and communion service. Although the live session didn’t go up until 12, participants were encouraged to join in the spirit and connect which in itself is an expression of faith and expectation.

So, yes it’s not all about the numbers, but it still is. It’s about the numbers of souls saved, lives transformed and the joy in heaven.

The next 20 days will definitely be a transforming time for the participants and we can’t wait to see and experience all that God has in store for us these remaining 20 days.

See you by 12!
