The World Health Organisation has reported that the cases of Ebola outbreak in West Africa has risen to 4,784 with over 2,400 deaths.
Director general of WHO, Margaret Chan, who disclosed this on Friday, said that the number of cases of the deadly viral disease is rising faster than authorities’ ability to manage them.
She called for international support in sending healthcare workers, medical supplies and aid to the worst-affected countries of Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia.
