We think it succeeds on many levels, but we’re particularly impressed by (because, this is an area we feel so much of Nollywood flounders these days) with the story.

Kudos to Niyi Akinmolayan himself, by the way. He’s on quite the roll, we have to say. We were impressed with Out Of Luck, and The Arbitration was one of our favourite films this year. With this, he’s strengthened our opinion that he’s one of the strongest storytellers working in Nigeria today.

And to think this was the guy behind Kajola. What a comeback, eh?
