The suspended Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal says he is not aware of his suspension, Daily Trust reports.
Lawal said this while speaking with State House correspondents shortly after meeting Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
President Muhammadu Buhari ordered Lawal’s suspension Wednesday over his alleged violations of law and due process in the award of contracts under the Presidential Initiative on the North East (PINE)

The Senate Committee on the Mounting Humanitarian Crisis in the North-East had indicted Lawal for violating due process laws.
