For asking the Chadian President, Idris Derby, an ’embarrassing question’, a journalist was thrown out of the Presidential Villa.
The State House Correspondent of Deutsche Welle, a German Radio state, Ubale Musa, was the victim.
Musa had his accreditation withdrawn and ordered out of the villa for asking Derby about the relationship between the multi-national joint task force and mercenaries alleged to be fighting with the Nigerian troop to defeat the Boko Haram from the north east.
The Chadian president reportedly answered, denying knowledge of the existence of any mercenary in the North East.
However, President Jonathan’s security aides deemed the question as embarrassing after which they proceeded to seize Ubale Musa’s accreditation particulars and escorted him out of the villa.
