A former Chief Judge of Delta State Justice James Omo-Agege, is dead.

The Chief Judge whose son Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, represents Delta Central at the National Assembly, died on Thursday evening after a brief illness at the age of 83.

James Omo-Agege was the state Chief Judge between 3rd October 1993 and 4th November 1998.
