Unbearable traffic gridlock as trucks take over Lagos roads (PHOTOS)

Lagosians have become very familiar with traffic gridlocks, but in the past few days, the traffic experienced is a different kettle of fish.

Tankers and trailers have taken over major roads and bridges from Ojuelegba down to the Island.

Imagine waking up as early as 4:00 am in the morning to beat the regular early morning traffic, only to get stuck and get to work by 9am.

While the traffic situation was just warming-up on Monday, September 21- Tuesday’s traffic was the real deal.

Just in case you’re stuck at home, no worries- some people are stuck in traffic.
