We have all had our share of crazy stories, but this one takes the cake.
A mother in China basically chose her BMW over her baby.
She refused to smash the window of her BMW to rescue her trapped son from the stifling heat — because she didn’t want to damage the luxury car.
According to Yahoo News, the crowd gathered around the car after hearing the cries of the helpless three-year-old infant inside the vehicle.
The boy was clawing at the car window but the mother stood next to the vehicle doing nothing to help.
Passers-by and even firefighters urged her to let them break the window and save the boy, but she insisted on waiting for a locksmith to arrive and unlock the door, a witness said.
But when the boy seemed to be in more serious danger, the firefighters ignored the mother and smashed the window to rescue him.
Chinese social media users are furious with the woman’s actions.”Looks like the car window is her real son,”
Another added: “It’s the mother that should get hit.”
