Nigerian Army clear out Boko Haram terrorists from Dipcheri

The Nigerian Military has recorded more successes in the fight to completely obliterate the menace of terrorist sect, Boko Haram.

According to a statement released by the Acting Director, Army Public Relations, Colonel Sani Kukasheka Usman, troops of the 155 Task Force Battalion, 21 Brigade launched a successful operation to clear out remnants of Boko Haram terrorists hiding in Dipcheri, Jere and Chogolo towns.

Fortunately, the troops cleared out the terrorists without any casualty or harm to the soldiers.

Two suspected Boko Haram terrorists were also arrested by the military.

Also, abandoned vehicles, motorcycles and a bicycle as well as locally made single and double barrel guns belonging to the terrorists were also recovered by the troops.

In line with the intention of the military to end the insurgency on Nigerian soil, clearance operations are being carried out by various units and formations in Operation Lafiya Dole.
