We wonder what Paris Hilton was thinking when she stepped out in public wearing a dress with a thigh-high slit WITHOUT undies! The Hilton heiress was throwing an early birthday bash in Los Angeles, when the major wardrobe malfunction occurred.

Dressed in a sparkling tiara, sky-high glittering heels and a pretty pink gown, the star almost bared all her ‘essentials’ as she smiled for the cameras.

She shared a picture of her dress online and wrote: “Love my beautiful #Birthday dress! Thank you alonlivne! I feel like a princess!!”
