The Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse II, the ruler of the Itsekiri people, is reportedly dead.
Daily Times reports that the monarch died in Lagos on Friday night of an undisclosed ailment.
The cause of his death and veracity of the information, is yet to be ascertained.
The Olu of Warri has been on the throne since 1987.
