On Friday, January 30, President Goodluck Jonathan, had what is perhaps his largest audience since the presidential campaign tour commenced.

At the Calabar, Cross River rally, which was held at the main bowl of the UJ Esuene Stadium, thousands of people came out to show support for the president.

Before leaving the state, President Jonathan commissioned the Goodluck Jonathan Bye-Pass.

While at Akwa-Ibom, the turnout was even more impressive, as a near-full capacity was recorded at the newly completed Akwa Ibom International stadium in Uyo.
