ABOUT –WEREADY is a developmental academy which seeks to re-fit, re-focus and re-tool the young people desirous of successful working careers by providing trainings and interactions that enable them to enter and excel in today’s competitive workplace.

In essence, WEREADY hopes to be the halfway house from unemployable – employable – employed. We would register 500 persons per batch at a highly subsidized rate of N5,000 for the five days. After we are done with the first 500 in Lagos, the train moves to Abeokuta to train & equip another 500 over five Saturdays and then returns to Lagos for another batch of people and so on…back and forth and to other cities.
