What shall we say about not-up-and-coming, but not-quite-there-yet singer, Chuddy K?
If you believe him, he is the victim of vicious cyber-criminals.
The Gaga crazy artiste claims his twitter account got compromised after followers read a message announcing he was gay but no longer is posted on his page.
So who did it?
The artist has since tried to mobilise support to stop the rumours from becoming any more damaging for him. In his reply, he asked his fans to back him up:
Fans following Chuddy K on the social networking site twitter were stunned, Tuesday night, when they read a tweet coming from an account baring Chuddy K’s handle @itschuddyk
Feelers from within social networks show an on-going debate that is still undecided as his very loyal fans painstakingly try convince everyone that indeed Chuddyk is the latest victim to twitter account hackers.
This would be none of our business, except for the fact that, em, it’s been made our business by the singer.
Important to note however, that it is usually very difficult for victims of Twitter hackers to immediately regain control of their accounts less than 24 hours after the said attack as is Chuddy’s case here.
Yet, it will be recalled that in April, shortly after his split with Don Jazzy, D’banj had also cried out that his tweeter and Facebook accounts were hacked and had sent out false information about him. Twitter’s security team had been engaged and after a couple of days, his accounts were changed permanently.
