Veteran comedian and Yoruba movie actor, Baba Suwe, real name, Babatunde Omidina, is reportedly arrested at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport for allegedly possessing outlawed substance. According to reports from different media platforms including national dailies and online portals, the ace comedian was remanded by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, yesterday, October 12 2011 when a scan showed he had substance believed to be cocaine in his stomach. He was travelling to France.
Officials of the NDLEA are yet to release an official statement.
