DJ Cuppy reveals she did not know she was privileged

DJ Cuppy, a Nigerian disc jockey and daughter of billionaire, Femi Otedola, revealed that she did not know that she was a privileged child while growing up.
She took to social media to state that growing up in her family shielded her from life’s challenges which others faced.
“Growing up, I didn’t fully realise just how privileged I was. I never had to worry about anything tbh,” she said.
“Thank God I see it now. What felt normal to me was something someone else was praying for. Gratitude changes everything.”
Ayo Adesanya opens up about how her decade-long abusive relationship made her an alcoholic

During an interview on WithChude, the actress disclosed that she wasn’t married to her partner but remained in the relationship due to her fear of public judgment.
She shared that the ongoing “beating and nagging” drove her into a state of depression, leading her to use alcohol as a way to escape, ultimately becoming a “drunk.”
Adesanya mentioned that she drank heavily to “numb” the pain from the insults and physical abuse she endured from her former partner.
Peter Okoye claims he is not responsible for Jude’s predicament

On Friday, Paul Okoye accused his twin brother Peter of attempting to imprison their elder brother and former manager, Jude.
In response to Paul’s claims during an interview with Saturday Beat, Peter’s manager, Emem Kush, stated, “I believe Peter has no comments on this matter since it revolves around the EFCC investigation and Jude Okoye. I fail to see how Peter Okoye is involved.
“Peter’s complaint was solely against the company managing funds on his behalf. So, please do not conflate or fabricate issues where none exist.”
Vee says many Nigerian women are living on survival mode

Big Brother Naija reality star Victoria Iye, also known as Vee, has weighed in on the ongoing controversy involving singer Burna Boy and socialite Sophia Egbueje.
In a recently leaked audio recording of a conversation between Sophia and her friend, she alleged that Burna Boy had a one-night encounter with her but did not fulfill his promise of gifting her a Lamborghini.
Addressing the matter in a video shared on her TikTok page, Vee expressed her opinion, stating that many Nigerian women rely on men for financial support.
