#YNaijaBBNUpdates: “My relationship with all the housemates is perfect” – Tacha | Reunion Day 27

It’s day 27 of the Big Brother ‘Pepper Dem’ Reunion show, and Dr. Oluseun is back for more therapy.

Ella

The doctor began with Ella, trying to get insight into what her life has been like since leaving the house.

Ella talked about stardom and how it could get you carried away. She claimed to have made peace with herself while trusting herself and her voice.

She also spoke about focusing on her career, particularly her music, as she continues to grow personally.

The topic of validation arose and Ella insisted that she is not seeking for anyone’s approval. “It’s not a bad thing to seek validation,” the doctor reassured her as he argued that humans are social creatures and we constantly sought after people acceptance.

Tacha

Next on the doctor’s list was Tacha. The doctor admitted that he had been following Tacha on Instagram even before she got into the house, noting that the moment Tacha got into the house, she began with the CeeC and Tboss strategy but eventually grew into her role.

He spoke about how Tacha may appear to be a little too aggressive, and how this may have resulted from her past. He also noted that her family issues, especially with her mom’s death and her uncles denying her help, had shaped her subsequent relationships even in the house.

He however, told Tacha that while he understands that her past may have affected her in a bad way, she shouldn’t allow it shape her, because it’s going to affect her current relationships and drive people away.

The doctor also encouraged her to be true to her feelings, stressing that she tried too hard to mask them while in the house. Tacha in response stated that, it was a defense mechanism.

She explained that she didn’t want to be distracted from the game, so she didn’t open herself up. She also said she didn’t want any fake relationship in the house that would end the moment they get out or have any friend in the house that would eventually nominate her or gossip about her.

Ultimately, she claimed to be cool with the housemates. “My relationship with all the housemates is perfect.” she said.

Frodd

For Frodd and unlike Tacha, his vulnerability was tabled. The doctor felt like he played the game well, tapping into his emotions and being true to his feelings.

“Don’t make the mistake of hiding your emotions,” he said to Frodd adding that men could be vulnerable too.

Frodd attributed his character to his mother, explaining that she thought him how to be expressive of his feelings.

He also spoke about how he would always worry about her while in the house.
