Godwin Obaseki on Saturday was sworn-in as the governor of Edo State.

Obaseki took the oath of office and was sworn-in by the Chief Judge of the state, Justice Cromwell Idahosa at about 12:30pm

His deputy, Phillip Shuaibu was earlier sworn-in after taking his oaths at 12pm.
