According to a report by Sahara Reporters, Diezani Alison-Madueke, is undergoing a new round of treatment for breast cancer.
SR says the information was gotten from a family source who is privy to the condition of Nigeria’s immediate past Minister of Petroleum Resources.
The report quoted the source as saying that Alison-Madueke is currently in a hospital in London where she started a fresh round of therapy on Friday, June 5.
The treatment is believed to be a daily therapy that will last for a week’s duration.
The source was also said to have revealed that the former Minister underwent surgery last year to remove tumors from her breast.
Alison-Madueke, has been away from Nigeria since May 23, 2015, when she frantically booked herself on a British Airways flight, which had on board, President Muhammadu Buhari.
