EXCLUSIVE: ‘We’ll attend only to Business Class’ – Arik Airlines passengers left stranded in Calabar (WATCH)

Passengers on the Arik Airline flight from Calabar, Cross River to Lagos had a grueling customer service experience as they were refused boarding on a flight scheduled for 1:30pm.

According to a passenger who was booked on the said flight,the airline’s service personnel denied them access claiming that the “till has been closed.”

According to the passenger who preferred anonymity: “Arik service personnel refused to check us in on economy class for the 1330 flight but went on to admit Business Class passengers.”

The Arik staff, however, continued to attend to Business Class passengers ostensibly because “they paid double.”

YNaija.com put a call across to the Arik Customer Service phone-line but was advised to forward all enquiries through electronic mail. The airline is yet to respond to this allegations as at the filing of this report.
