Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has sworn in the First female Chief Judge of Rivers State Justice Daisy Wotube Okocha.
Okocha, who has been the state Acting Chief Judge since June 1, 2015, was sworn-in at the state government house on Monday, January 4.
