JUST IN: Deputy Chief of Staff, Katie Walsh is leaving her role at the White House

Reports have it that Trump’s deputy chief of staff Katie Walsh is leaving her role at the White House. According to a report published by Politico, Walsh is leaving the White House to join an external political group, America First, with the mission of supporting President Trump’s agenda.

Walsh was sworn in to her role just two days after President Trump took office. Prior to that, she was the Chief of staff of the Republican National when Reince Priebus was chairman of the RNC.

She is the latest official to depart the White House; in an administration that has already seen its fair share of controversies over the last 2 months.
