2. AFTER 13 YEARS, WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE GOES OFF AIR

The Who Wants To Be A Millionaire (WWTBAM) show hosted by Frank Edoho is going on an indefinite break after 13 years.

The show started in 2004 showing every week and was hosted by MTN Nigeria until an announcement was made on Sunday, June 25, that the Telco company has pulled out of the show.

3. 16 DEAD AS SUICIDE BOMBERS ATTACK MAIDUGURI

Seven suicide bombers have attacked Maiduguri, Borno State capital, killing sixteen people.

Borno commissioner of police, Damian Chukwu gave details on the attacks that occurred on Sunday and Monday in a press briefing.

Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu has described former President Goodluck Jonathan as “a weak and incompetent leader.”

In an interview with The Sun, Kanu said Jonathan was one of the harbingers of Nigeria’s troubles.

5. SUPREME COURT LIFTS PART OF TRUMP’S TRAVEL BAN INJUNCTION

The US Supreme Court has partially lifted an injunction against President Donald Trump’s travel ban.

The court also allowed part of the refugee ban to go into effect.
