The meeting between the federal government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities which took place today in Abuja ended in a deadlock as both sides failed to reach an agreement.
The meeting which held at the office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Anyim Pius Anyim was attended by the Minister of Finance, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala; Minister of Labour, Emeka Worgu; Minister of Education, Rukayyatu Rufai; and the Benue State Governor and head of the government’s delegation, Gabriel Suswam.
The President of ASUU, Nasiru Fagge, also led a high-powered delegation to the meeting which reportedly lasted for over four hours.

It normal to do dat 4 we university student,asuu nd FG representative never mind ALLAH is watching u,what can sove dis problem is that member of d house,ministers,president,governor chidren dere must be a law that shld guide them dat non of their children shld go to abroad and study wit dis Å̶̷̩̥͡•̸Ϟ very sure dis ASUU strike will definitely stop
