Nigeria’s Petroleum minister, Diezani Allison Madueke is back in the country. She had reportedly been in the United Kingdom, where she was hospitalised over an undisclosed ailment. A report that she debunked on her Facebook page, sparking a huge debate on the social networking platform.
Allison-Madueke was at today’s Federal Executive Council meeting in Abuja. She missed last week’s meeting which held on September 5.
Excited fellow cabinet members of the petroleum minister gathered round her before the meeting commenced, explaining how their attempts to reach her in London had proved futile.
Now, we pray our first lady, Dame Patience Jonathan, returns back safe as well.
