Following reports that the new ministers of President Muhammadu Buhari, were given austere welfare and salary packages, the Presidency has denied interference with the allowances of Federal Ministers.
The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Engr. Babachir David Lawal, was said to have sent to the ministers, a letter containing the salary structure.
But Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, said via his Twitter page, that President Buhari’s administration has not tampered with the salaries of the Ministers.
