President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari has expressed his determination to solve the challenge of insecurity in the country.
Buhari said this on Tuesday, during a meeting with young leaders who met with him to set the youth agenda for the incoming administration.
The president-elect said: “Insecurity has taken us back several years but Boko Haram can be easily destroyed in my own perception.
“No religion advocates killing of innocent people, we will deny them recruitment areas and, God willing, we will deal with them.”
The young leaders who visited him at the Defence House in Abuja include StateCraft co-founder, Adebola Williams; Executive Director of the Future Project, Mfon Ekpo; Project Lead, Bukonla Adebakin; Barrister Ismaeel Ahmed who led the youth delegation and other young leaders.
