The governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele has lost his mother.
Madam Alice Emefiele, who was aged 94, died on Friday, December 25 at about 6:20 am.
The governor has recieved a condolence message from President Buhari in a statement that was signed by his senior special assistant on media and publicity, Garba Shehu.
The president mothers as “an invaluable component of family life, and the pillar and comforter of the children.”
